​🗓️ Your Journey Date & Time

 

Make sure to check your ticket for your scheduled date and arrival time. You must be at the station for the time stated on your ticket therefore we advise arriving within Dereham at least 30 minutes beforehand to allow time and for parking (Premium parking only at Dereham Station), check-in, and a little holiday magic before boarding.

🚗 Parking

 

Premium Class

We offer parking at Dereham (Grand Rapids) Station to our Premium class passengers with 1 parking permit being issued per 5 tickets (1-5 passengers = 1 permit, 6-10 passengers = 2 permits, 11-15 passengers = 3 permits etc). In your ticket pack, which will you receive at least 2 weeks before your travel date providing you have ordered before Sunday 28th September 2025, there will be a Parking Permit "P" which displays the earliest time of access to the station car park. If you have not received your ticket pack or ordered past the cut off date please instead bring your email order confirmation either printed or electronically as proof of purchase.

Standard & Deluxe Class

We do NOT offer parking at Dereham (Grand Rapids) Station to our Standard & Deluxe class passengers therefore, customers will have to use one of the other public car parks around Dereham. A map of the available car park can be found here, please note that some car parks around Dereham do require payment and have a time limit. We advise planning your journey before your date of travel to ensure that you are not delayed.
